The partner model

Front an operating platform. Keep the client.

LOOP builds and runs your client’s Business OS behind your name. You own the relationship, you deliver the consulting, you set the price. We stay out of the room unless you want us in it.

LOOP does
  • Build over the first three months
  • Run servers, data vault, monitoring, backups
  • Operate the modules month after month
  • Join any pre-sales call you want us on
  • Fix it before your client notices
You do
  • Own the relationship start to finish
  • Pick the pack, scope the four modules
  • Deliver the consulting — the part they’d cancel over
  • Set the price and collect it
  • Bring us in, or don’t
The client gets
  • One system their business runs on
  • One vendor, one bill, your name on it
  • Full ownership at handover
  • A stack they own outright — no licence, nothing to revoke

Take the consulting away and a client cancels. That’s your half. It isn’t a delivery job — it’s the entire reason they stay.

What you put on the screen

Log into a real one.

There is no slide that closes this. You open the Business OS, show them the launcher, click into their world, and let them watch their own business laid out as modules they can switch on. Most of the pitch is that screen.

Screen-share this page’s module menu and packs alongside it — both are public URLs you can send.

The module menu

Special

Custom Build — anything bespoke that no standard module covers, scoped per client. It sits outside the five worlds because it isn’t one.

Modules marked in build are on our roadmap, not on your invoice. We’ll show you the state of anything before you commit to it.

The five-minute scope

Client says → you deliver.

Read the sentence, name the module. Anything marked is in build — don’t promise a screen that doesn’t exist yet.

The uncomfortable questions

Ask them now, not later.

Yours. We build and run behind your name. We don’t market to your clients, we don’t take them direct, and we never appear on an invoice you send.

The client keeps their OS: their instance, their data, their domain, their content. There’s no licence to revoke and nothing to hold hostage. That’s deliberate.

That’s the standard we build to. You get the demo, the packs, the module menu, the objection answers and the agreement template. We’ll join a call when you want the technical weight behind you — but the pitch is yours.

Two build-outs at a time, by our own cap. It goes up when the next PM lands. We’d rather tell you no than hand you a stalled build.

We tell you. The menu marks what’s live and what’s in build, and we don’t sell a screen that doesn’t exist.

We do. We build, host and operate the stack. That’s the moat you’re fronting. What the client owns is their instance — including the source code of it at handover.

Proof

Who’s actually running on it.

Different businesses buy different parts of the OS. Here’s exactly which is which.

Long-standing retainer
CYS Global Remit

Four of these we build and operate end to end. This is the factory you’d be fronting.

We don’t add these up into one number. They’re different engagements, and you should know which is which before you quote.

Where your money is

The shape of the deal.

01
The build is where you earn

One flat wholesale rate per client per month across the three-month build — the platform plus their four modules. You quote whatever your market bears. The gap is yours and we never see it.

02
Maintenance is an annuity, not a margin line

After the build it drops to a light monthly that keeps the OS running, passed through at cost. It exists so the client stays — not so anyone earns rent on a platform.

03
Active services carry full margin

AEO, ads, content, campaigns, AI Team — anything we operate every month keeps running at its own rate, with your spread on it.

04
No licence, no platform rent

The client owns the OS outright. This is not a licensing play.

Rates are partner-confidential. They go out with the agreement.

Apply to front LOOP.

We’re signing five partners in 2026 and one is live. We’re not looking for resellers — we’re looking for operators who already advise businesses and want a real stack underneath them.

No card, no commitment. The catalogue and rate card follow if there’s a fit.
